As a full service agent, we not only market the manufacturer’s API’s to US dosage form manufacturers but provide them with patent information, where necessary and continually supply updated product marketing data to our principals. Agvar provides the companies we represent with regulatory support, such as helping to prepare and file Drug Master Files with the FDA and provide up-to-date information about FDA regulations and practices. Agvar’s goal is to be the primary supplier to the industry of its active pharmaceuticals by offering a complete technical package and samples, competitive pricing, on-time deliveries, and offering a process patent free product from a cGMP manufacturer.
